Chef Olivier Muller, of Daniel Boulud's Bistro Moderne in Manhattan and head winemaker, Jean-Charles Thomas from Maison Louis Latour put together a wonderful pairing of food and wine in the East Brick for one of the Great Wines in Grand Homes dinners during the Nantucket Wine Festival.
